Avoid!!! There’s No Way To Cancel The Subscription and No Response From Customer Support.

Paid for a trial of the app. I don’t recall being made aware that there would be a charge going forward, but as there often is, I looked into it and emailed their customer support as per the cancellation process just in case. I clearly stated that I didn’t want my subscription to continue once the trial period was over. I received no response, I was then charged £59.99. I emailed customer support again and so far have had no response.

Edit. The reply asks me to email customer support, but I did twice. I also reached out on Facebook to ask if the customer support inbox was monitored and state that I had sent messages there. I then emailed customer support giving them a few working days to respond, after which I would open a dispute on PayPal. I was ignored again and have opened a dispute. When I contacted PayPal I found that I have been charged 59.99 twice!
