Run!…just like they did with my money

Run!…just like they did with my money. I took the quiz with the “free” trial months ago and thought that was the end of it until I just discovered that I have had two charges, including 59.99 not even two weeks ago!!. Yikes!!!! I just hung up with customer service. He just kept saying “your account is active.” He didn’t care that I was not aware that I had an active account. He said he deactivated it but who knows? No confirmation number and need to wait 24 hours for a confirmation email. This was the most disappointing and frustrating app experience I have ever had. I hope this hellish ordeal is over and they don’t keep doing random charges.

Customer service reached out via email and refunded the most recent charge.
The subscription appears to be successfully deactivated. I don’t necessarily think this company is a scam, but in my opinion, they need to improve the purchasing process so that customers know exactly what they are buying and for how much. I added a star for my most recent customer service experience.
