Since writing this they have taken another £60.03!! For what?

No response from support – Scam

This sounded interesting so I looked at the app. It was not impressive so I decided not to consider it further. I did not sign up to anything, but somehow TheLiven has managed to take a total of £201.20 from my account. Feels fraudulent to me.
I have emailed their support people 4 times telling them to stop taking payments and to refund me but have not even received an acknowledgement.
Since writing this they have taken another £60.03!! For what?

7 July – I’ve had an email from Darryl in Customer support today – not refunding me but agreeing to stop taking payments. I did not agree to any payments being taken in the first place for theliven’s useless, horrible app. I WILL sue for a refund if I am not refunded immediately. This is a scam.
