Fraudulent app, got charged a subscription fee to my card that I did not sign up for, and I’ve emailed to ask to cancel my account and had no response even though on their website it says they respond within 24 hours!
They do not make it easy to contact them and are not very helpful.

Now I’m sure it’s a scam operation, they tried to charge me again for an annual subscription that they had charged me before. Luckily I blocked them at my bank already so they were not successful. Stay away and spread the word.

I honestly think this can be a scam or at least not a fully honest company as their paywall + sneaky subscription policy with no customer service communication seems intentional.
Not reviewing the app itself, but the scammy nature of business. Be aware.

I have been trying to cancel this subscription for 3 months now period I took a quiz on facebook and now I’m being scammed. I will have.
To take off a work to close my account so that I am no longer charged.I don’t know what else to do period there is no phone number they only have a email address and no one ever responds to it.🗣🗣🗣🗣Please stay away

Since writing this they have taken another £60.03!! For what?

No response from support – Scam

This sounded interesting so I looked at the app. It was not impressive so I decided not to consider it further. I did not sign up to anything, but somehow TheLiven has managed to take a total of £201.20 from my account. Feels fraudulent to me.
I have emailed their support people 4 times telling them to stop taking payments and to refund me but have not even received an acknowledgement.
Since writing this they have taken another £60.03!! For what?

7 July – I’ve had an email from Darryl in Customer support today – not refunding me but agreeing to stop taking payments. I did not agree to any payments being taken in the first place for theliven’s useless, horrible app. I WILL sue for a refund if I am not refunded immediately. This is a scam.

Avoid ads on social media, scam!!

I keep seeing the advert on Facebook for this app, so went through the “quiz” then they promised that the first month was £2, then it would go up to £74.99 a month.

They are targeting people with ADHD who already struggle with poor working memory and executive dysfunction, and they are peddling easy answers.

Avoid at all cost, they don’t care about you and just want your money!!

After attempting to cancel and contacting the company. I have been charged over £135 (that I am aware of) in less than two months when I don’t even have access to an account.

This is disgusting that they are stealing peoples money in this way. I have escalated this with PayPal at this point as I have had no response from Liven themselves.

Very disappointed.

Total Scam.
I am ashamed that I did not to due diligence and look at Trustpilot prior to engaging with this company.
For me they are just another upstart company getting on the band wagon of self help.
The application is poor at best, and offers no proven help.
The main problem however is how they manage to take not just the initial payment from you by offering you a discount, they quietly take another full payment from you the following month. As people before me have explained.
The only confirmation you get of payment is they say your account is ready to use.
No receipt for payment is sent l, I only got this after asking for it.

In shaded out subscript it tell you that you have entered into a contract subscription.
Very sneaky.

They are happy tell you that you entered into it willingly.

I guess I did originally, as for ridiculous cost for the nothing app.
A therapist would have been cheaper.

Beware of people taking money from you and offering undocumented help.

Lesson learned.
