I agree total scam – be sure because you won’t get a refund. I purchased an introductory download for 29.99 of an app called Resolutty in 2023 & then did not renew the app. Well, they changed their name AND their price to Liven & charged me 99.99 in Oct of 2023 & again in Jan of 2024 & I didn’t recognize charge becuz they changed their name. I contacted them & to discuss fradulent charge – they promised to refund & now going back on this with a different customer service person. I keep demanding the agreement they used & they haven’t sent it becuz it doesn’t exist & they just give you the runaround.
