Fraudulent app, got charged a subscription fee to my card that I did not sign up for, and I’ve emailed to ask to cancel my account and had no response even though on their website it says they respond within 24 hours!
They do not make it easy to contact them and are not very helpful.

Now I’m sure it’s a scam operation, they tried to charge me again for an annual subscription that they had charged me before. Luckily I blocked them at my bank already so they were not successful. Stay away and spread the word.

I honestly think this can be a scam or at least not a fully honest company as their paywall + sneaky subscription policy with no customer service communication seems intentional.
Not reviewing the app itself, but the scammy nature of business. Be aware.

I have been trying to cancel this subscription for 3 months now period I took a quiz on facebook and now I’m being scammed. I will have.
To take off a work to close my account so that I am no longer charged.I don’t know what else to do period there is no phone number they only have a email address and no one ever responds to it.🗣🗣🗣🗣Please stay away

Since writing this they have taken another £60.03!! For what?

No response from support – Scam

This sounded interesting so I looked at the app. It was not impressive so I decided not to consider it further. I did not sign up to anything, but somehow TheLiven has managed to take a total of £201.20 from my account. Feels fraudulent to me.
I have emailed their support people 4 times telling them to stop taking payments and to refund me but have not even received an acknowledgement.
Since writing this they have taken another £60.03!! For what?

7 July – I’ve had an email from Darryl in Customer support today – not refunding me but agreeing to stop taking payments. I did not agree to any payments being taken in the first place for theliven’s useless, horrible app. I WILL sue for a refund if I am not refunded immediately. This is a scam.

DO NOT GIVE ANY BANK DETAILS

After attempting to cancel and contacting the company. I have been charged over £135 (that I am aware of) in less than two months when I don’t even have access to an account.

This is disgusting that they are stealing peoples money in this way. I have escalated this with PayPal at this point as I have had no response from Liven themselves.

The input I was looking for needs several in app purchased on top of the membership fee.

Misleading input and poor customer service

I hoped for a great app. And although it looks good and professional it is very misleading on the content and service it provides. After signing up and paying the fee I found out that many of the input I was looking for needs several in app purchased on top of the membership fee.

I contacted them within the hour after purchase but they were not willing to refund or provide any additional service.

Avoid!!! There’s No Way To Cancel The Subscription and No Response From Customer Support.

Paid for a trial of the app. I don’t recall being made aware that there would be a charge going forward, but as there often is, I looked into it and emailed their customer support as per the cancellation process just in case. I clearly stated that I didn’t want my subscription to continue once the trial period was over. I received no response, I was then charged £59.99. I emailed customer support again and so far have had no response.

Edit. The reply asks me to email customer support, but I did twice. I also reached out on Facebook to ask if the customer support inbox was monitored and state that I had sent messages there. I then emailed customer support giving them a few working days to respond, after which I would open a dispute on PayPal. I was ignored again and have opened a dispute. When I contacted PayPal I found that I have been charged 59.99 twice!
